Transport of your parcel
Except in exceptional circumstances, products are dispatched the same day if you place your order before 12 noon (and subject to receipt of your payment). Your package will be dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. This is a fast, reliable service (48 hours) that will deliver to your home or workplace. If you are away, your order will be delivered to the nearest post office. If you require delivery with signature, an additional cost will apply, please contact us. You can also choose to have your order delivered to a post office or relay centre.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are oversized and well-protected.

Point-relaisPostage costs are as follows:
- Between 0 euros and up to 40 euros = 5.9 euros incl. tax
- From 40 euros up to 150 euros = 6.9 euros incl. VAT
- From 150 euros = Free delivery charge
Delivery costs are as follows:
- Between 0 euros (incl. VAT) and 40 euros (incl. VAT) = 7.00 euros (incl. VAT)
- From 40 euros TTC and up to 150 euros TTC = 9.00 euros TTC
- From 150 euros = Free delivery
Your parcels are sent by COLISSIMO EXPERT and the rate is indexed to the weight of your parcel.
